I am standing just southeast of the big house on the patio overlooking the prairie.

This windy morning in the Spirit of joy I began painting a scene of the open prairie surrounding the Healing Center. The healing center sounds peculiar.  It is a center which focus is on healing our minds from its fractured vision of isolation.
Do you ever think you are different from the "others" around you? ...that things just don't fit together as they should.  Are you aware that is a common human condition?  Have you ever seriously asked why?
That is the beginning of the quest.

Dell, my student, has completed her painting

See Dells completed acrylic painting.  This is Dell's fifth painting in my class.

Bed races Trophys are on the line at 1:30 today.

The reputation of the skill, strategy and speed of these young men is on the line today at the world cup of bed races held on Janesville Road in Front of Hales Corners Elementary school.

They will stake their claim, the first prize trophy for 2013.
