   It sure was fun learning how to paint at the Greenfield News and Hobby this past month with instructor Judith Reidy

Portrait Development Project

 Here we see the under-painting in red iron oxide.

 Here we have the beginning of the the glazing of the colors.
Still some softening of values in the face especially the cheeks.  I like th way the painting is developing.   Notice the color studies for the flesh tones.
This has been a stunning project for me.
